“I have recently had Express Telephony’s CloudPBX Telephone System installed in 4 of my practices in London. The transition from my previous system to the new one was relatively smooth and now that it’s up and running, I must say it is super.<BR>
We are able to contact extensions across sites either from fixed handsets or via our iPhone apps. The latter allows you to call/receive calls to/from clients from your mobile phone as if you are in the office as long as you are in a good wireless zone. I put this to the test by dialling one of my staff from the underground station…and it worked! The passengers on the tube were shocked to see me speaking whilst the tube was moving.<BR>
With regard to voicemails these are directed to email accounts and are picked up again either via desktop, mobile phones or fixed handsets. The functionality allows us to forward voicemail files to each other which means handling call volumes is easier. We are still learning about all the functionality but have found express telephony professional expeditious and courteous at all times in helping us in this.
